Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms, but the noise from the underground parking entrance can be disruptive at night. The friendly service makes guests feel welcomed, but improvements are needed, such as fixing the broken sleeper couch. The location provides a relaxing beachfront setting near dining options and shopping areas.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast variety was fantastic, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Being able to access the beach easily and enjoy great spa treatments in the hotel was a real highlight. However, it was a bit disappointing that the rooms were under repair during my visit, and some areas seemed a bit tired and dated, not having been decorated in a long time. Additionally, the lack of adequate lighting during load shedding was a bit inconvenient as only one light in the lounge would come on, and no alternative lighting options were provided.
The hotel offers an amazing location with stunning views of Table Mountain and is perfectly situated close to everything yet secluded enough for a private beach feel. The rooms are quite basic and outdated, needing a revamp soon, but they do come with a view. The service is extremely friendly and helpful, making you feel like royalty. The dining experience is good with a fair spread available. Overall, a great choice for those seeking a beautiful location and friendly service.
